Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years in a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity workforce position including customer service and technical support.
• Possess current Security+ or equivalent certification and 40 hours annual continuing education.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01M IAT-II requirements and complete related training.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software installation in a client/server environment.
• Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot IA problems.
• Provide end user support for IA related applications.
• Perform routine maintenance including diagnostic testing and optimization.
• Coordinate and implement software backup and antivirus requirements.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and ATO requirements with Government IA personnel.
