Job summary

Community Behavioral Health seeks a System Administrator to manage servers, storage, backups, and virtualized infrastructure across datacenter, cloud, and remote sites. You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead security updates, and design robust DR plans.

The role requires 3+ years of infra experience, strong Windows AD and VMware expertise, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment. Philadelphia residency is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Technology Infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows AD, VMware, and data center operations knowledge.
• Experience with VMware Horizon, vCenter, and networking basics.
• Scripting and automation experience is a plus.
• On-call and weekend rotation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations across data centers, cloud, and remote sites.
• Lead security vulnerability response and Windows updates deployment.
• Oversee backups, DR planning, and disaster recovery testing.
• Develop standard build docs and automation for deployments.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues.
