Chitra is seeking a Host-Based Security System Administrator to support the CBL Battle Lab at Fort Gordon, GA. The role is onsite and focuses on HBSS administration, McAfee Policy Orchestrator, and security tooling to support experimentation across CO, EW, and IA domains.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related tech experience, baseline certifications (SSCP/CEH/CSA+/GICSP) on day one, and within six months attain HBSS 301/IAM and COR approved, plus MCSA.
The Company is looking for a Host-Based Security System Admin to provide support to the CBL Battle Lab.
Facility located at Fort Gordon, GA. All work will be performed onsite. This contract will support the CBL mission to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with dynamic network experimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW, and IA through the Cyber Battle Lab’s Experimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army Persistent Experimentation Environment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC).
The CBL Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses, and network support that will validate proposed new technical solutions to resolve known Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernization lines of effort.
Host-Based Security System (HBSS) Administrator (CS-SP Infrastructure Support (CS-IS)).
BLCSE Shall Provide the Battle Lab Collaborative with the operation and system administration of the Host Based Security Systems supporting FFC, AFC M&S community, and Future Force Concept experimentation.
Shall have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related technical experience. Additional training, certifications, and/or years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for a degree.
Specific experience with McAfee policy Orchestrator (PO) Server and hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting HBSS products (e.g., HIPS, VSE, and DLP).
Knowledge and experience in working with the McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention System, McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint, and McAfee product policy tuning.
Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and networking.
On day one, the contractor must have a baseline certification requirement to include either SSCP, CEH, CSA+, or GICSP certification.
Within 6 months of assignment to the position and mandatory to be unsupervised and privileged access, must meet certification requirements that include certification in both HBSS 301 or IAM and COR approved equivalent AND MCSA certification.
Obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
