Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking a senior IT systems engineer to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for a range of devices and networks.

The ideal candidate has 10 years SA experience in similar projects or 5 extra years substituting for a degree, with a technical Bachelor's degree. Must hold US citizenship and TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Supports escalation communications of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Supports the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads OS software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components and OS upgrades.
