Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years administering enterprise Windows and Linux servers.
• Strong VMware, SAN storage, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience.
• 2+ years IT infrastructure project management or coordination.
• Server configuration, deployment, maintenance, and disaster recovery expertise.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks.
• Excellent English; Korean language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and infrastructure strategy for Windows/Linux servers and storage.
• Administer enterprise server infrastructure including AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, storage, and virtualization.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot systems to minimize downtime and improve service delivery.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Drive ITSM excellence with changes, incidents, and asset inventories.
• Develop automation and thorough technical documentation.
• Support and lead infrastructure projects through all lifecycles.
