This role collaborates with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel to ensure precise documentation, regulatory compliance, and a smooth handoff to life‑of‑loan servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight years of experience in commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject‑matter expert for Fulfillment specialists, analysts, and team leads, actively troubleshooting complex issues related to closing, funding, and booking processes.
• Acts as the primary escalation point for deal‑level questions, exceptions, and operational roadblocks, assessing root causes.
• Provides advanced problem solving and guidance on documentation interpretation, funding mechanics, and policy application.
• Oversees complex activities to ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and internal controls.
• Monitors control metrics and performance indicators to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Ensures data quality and audit readiness for internal and external reviews.
• Identifies recurring issues and partners with leadership to implement improvements.
• Supports team development through training materials and onboarding.
• Participates in system enhancements and user testing, providing practical feedback.
