Tideri GmbH seeks an experienced Senior Switchgear Technician to deliver critical power solutions for data centres and industrial facilities. The role supports commissioning across the Americas and collaborates with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure reliable, safe operation.

You will work with low‑voltage switchgear, RPPs, and PDUs, troubleshoot control circuits and ladder logic, and manage FAT/SAT activities while driving continuous improvement and safe practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of electrical systems, switchgear, or critical power experience or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, control circuits, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Hands‑on experience with switchgear, RPPs, PDUs, and electrical commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Support electrical commissioning projects across the Americas.
• Work with critical electrical systems, including low‑voltage switchgear, Remote Power Panels (RPPs), and PDUs.
• Support installation verification, equipment start‑up, commissioning, and FAT/SAT.
• Collaborate with clients, commissioning agents, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control circuit issues, interpret wiring diagrams and ladder logic, and support industrial communication systems.
• Manage technical documentation, commissioning reports, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Help drive continuous improvement, enhance equipment performance, and promote safe working practices.

• Support installation verification, equipment start‑up, commissioning, and Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
• Collaborate with clients, commissioning agents, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control circuit issues, interpret wiring diagrams and ladder logic, and support industrial communication systems.
• Manage technical documentation, commissioning reports, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Help drive continuous improvement, enhance equipment performance, and promote safe working practices.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training in electrical systems, switchgear, or critical power environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, control circuits, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Hands‑on experience with switchgear, RPPs, PDUs, and electrical commissioning.
• Understanding of electrical safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Familiarity with Modbus TCP/RTU, Industrial Ethernet, and technical documentation tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• NFPA 70 and OSHA 10 certifications.
• Willingness to travel nationwide, with occasional international travel.
