• Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification by start of employment.
• Current Water Safety Instructor certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise structured class activities for a small group of students or private lessons.
• Lead instructor for a pool and assist with multiple pools' instructional programs.
• Assist with program registration, student skill assessment, and training of other instructors.
• Contribute to program evaluation and ongoing improvement.
