Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple-platform architecture across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
• Ability to define and drive technical strategy across multiple application domains.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and raising technical quality.
• BS or MS in CS, software engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy and multi-year architecture roadmap for EEE's native application platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, cross-platform applications that serve Apple employees globally.
• Identify systemic engineering challenges and drive team-wide improvements in quality, reliability, accessibility, and developer productivity.
• Shape how AI and platform interoperability are leveraged across the application portfolio — establishing patterns and best practices.
• Serve as a technical authority in cross-functional design reviews, architecture forums, and strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop engineers at all levels; accelerate their growth and broaden their technical impact.
• Champion engineering excellence, accessibility, and inclusive design across the team's work.
