Job summary

Biab seeks a Senior iOS/macOS Developer to design, build, and maintain native Apple platform applications. You will lead software architecture, write high-performance Swift code, and mentor engineers.

You will work on multi-platform code sharing business logic across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, using MVVM and Clean Architecture, with SwiftUI and AppKit/UIKit interop. Strong concurrency and automated testing are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native Apple platform software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine.
• Familiarity with Objective-C and AppKit/UIKit interop.
• Deep understanding of modern Swift concurrency (async/await, actors, Sendable).

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable multi-platform codebases sharing business logic between iOS, iPadOS and macOS.
• Build adaptive desktop and mobile UIs using SwiftUI with AppKit or UIKit interop.
• Implement modern Swift concurrency and optimize performance with Xcode Instruments.
• Write robust unit and UI tests with XCTest and maintain code health.
• Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
