Job summary

teampointblank seeks a Senior Software Engineer (SWE3/T) in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role develops and maintains complex software systems, reviews tests, and ensures design adherence. Requires 12+ years SWE experience, a BS in CS or related field, and a TS/SCI clearance with poly. Signing bonus of $30,000 is provided.

Candidate will lead software teams, advise on architecture, and implement high-performance algorithms for data-intensive applications.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years experience as a SWE in similar scope is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required; four extra years can substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design, develop and modify software systems ensuring adherence to performance standards.
• Oversee software development teams and coordinate with system engineers to meet constraints.
• Provide input on hardware/software trade-offs and documentation standards.
• Develop algorithms and data interfaces to support large data processing and real-time systems.
