Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. seeks a Senior Product Quality Engineer, Aerospace & Defense to lead quality processes in high‑tech manufacturing.

You will anchor supplier and internal QA activities, coordinate CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple programs to ensure regulatory compliance and robust product quality. You will collaborate with development and operations teams during normal hours, execute validations, investigate NCRs, and maintain audit readiness with critical documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive quality engineering experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aerospace/defense quality systems and import/export control is a plus.
• Proficient in quality tools (FAIRs, CAPA, MRB) and risk management (DFMEA/PFMEA).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering activities across designated product lines.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validations for NPI and line expansions.
• Investigate NCRs, drive CAPAs, and coordinate MRBs to eliminate failure modes.
• Deploy and monitor SPC, CTQ metrics, and metrology/test protocols.
• Create and approve DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs for audit readiness.
