Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Senior Associate of Sustainability Reporting & Governance within the Finance-Controllers function. This role focuses on regulated sustainability reporting and will support mandatory and voluntary disclosures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support Zoetis' Driven to Care Sustainability Strategy.

This role collaborates with Legal, Corporate Sustainability, Global Manufacturing & Supply, HR and other functions to deliver timely, accurate disclosures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field is required.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting, finance, and/or sustainability reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, applicability, and impact assessments of global sustainability regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, SEC).
• Lead development and project management of regulated sustainability reporting activities across functions.
• Coordinate external assurance processes for regulated sustainability reporting with auditors.
• Design sustainability accounting policies and control framework through process walkthroughs.
• Create sustainability educational content and deliver management presentations on disclosures and regulatory implications.
• Represent the Controllers function on sustainability matters in company initiatives and committees.
• Develop, document, and execute the sustainability disclosure control program.
• Draft disclosures, collect data from data owners and manage supporting documentation.
