Job summary

Zoetis is seeking an Associate of Sustainability Reporting & Governance within the Finance-Controllers function. This role supports regulated sustainability reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and supports Zoetis' Driven to Care Sustainability Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field required.
• 1-3 years of progressive accounting, finance, and/or sustainability reporting experience.
• Knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC Climate Rule, ISSB, TCFD, and SASB preferred.
• U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and other statutory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, applicability, and impact assessments of global sustainability regulatory reporting requirements and global disclosure trends to drive reporting compliance activities.
• Assist the primary project manager with development, implementation, and project management of regulated sustainability reporting, acting as a liaison between Finance, Corporate Sustainability, Legal, and other functions.
• Lead process walkthroughs to support creation of sustainability technical accounting policies and control framework.
• Develop, document, and execute the sustainability disclosure control program, draft disclosures, collect data from data owners, and manage supporting documentation.
