Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering or environmental field.
- 3-5 years of experience or equivalent in relevant area.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering energy conservation measures.
- Experience in engagement and outreach related to sustainability.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and ASHRAE standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize energy conservation measures across facilities and energy systems.
- Coordinate with building maintenance and engineering teams to improve energy performance.
- Analyze systems to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Educate employees and stakeholders on sustainability practices and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sustainability KPIs and project progress.
- Support deployment of sustainability-related digital tools and data platforms.
