Job summary

Sigma Earth seeks a qualified professional to lead energy management and sustainability programs across data center facilities and regional sites. You will manage energy projects, monitor KPIs, and analyze utility data to drive cost savings and performance improvements.

Collaborating with operations and clients, including Microsoft, you will support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 activities and contribute to zero-waste and resilience initiatives within critical infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems.
• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement energy management and sustainability programs across data center sites or regional operations.
• Manage energy-related projects for data centers and infrastructure.
• Monitor energy consumption, costs, and KPIs.
• Analyze energy, water, and waste data and prepare monthly sustainability reports.
• Validate energy invoices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Identify initiatives to improve energy efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, stakeholders, and clients including Microsoft.
• Support broader sustainability initiatives such as zero-waste and energy resilience.
