Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst to support environmental data management, analytics, and regulatory compliance across energy, waste, and environmental programs. The role focuses on data collection, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You will help track renewable energy progress, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and assist with reporting for federal, state, and local programs, while upholding strong data controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of sustainability or environmental analytics experience.
• Experience manipulating large datasets and data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile Scope 1 and 2 datasets.
• Update energy and waste tracking models for performance monitoring.
• Analyze data trends and provide summaries for internal decisions.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to enhance data controls.
• Maintain renewable energy tracking tools and REC data.
• Monitor solar arrays for optimal performance and coordinate repairs.
• Support compliance data and SOPs for regulatory programs.
• Prepare data sets for federal, state, and local disclosures.
