Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm, seeks a Professional Surveyor and Mapper for the Miami, FL area. The role focuses on managing survey projects from proposal through final deliverables while growing client relationships.

You will supervise field and office staff, ensure projects stay on time and within budget, and coordinate with DOT and transportation surveying processes. A FL PSM/PLS license is required to lead projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida (PSM/PLS).
• Proven project management experience in survey projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client liaison.
• Experience with MicroStation, GEOPAK and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships and manage scope, budget, and schedules.
• Oversee survey activities to meet performance goals and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with project team and supervise survey staff.
• Ensure timely deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Prepare project estimates and coordinate with field crews.
