AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the Surveying and Geodesy team on projects in Henderson and Reno, Nevada. You will coordinate field and office surveying activities, review deliverables, and provide technical expertise to ensure data accuracy.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field and a PLS/RLS license, with strong writing and communication skills and experience with CAD/survey software and GPS/GNSS.

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering, or related field.
PLS or RLS license is required.
Strong writing, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency with CAD and survey software and GPS/GNSS principles.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate surveying activities and communication between field crews and office staff.
Research or direct research of legal records to identify property boundaries and survey control.
Prepare or supervise survey drawings, plats, maps, reports, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Produce, review, and correct topographic drawings, traverse adjustments, and level networks.
Draft and review legal descriptions.
Use CAD and survey software to create and maintain survey drawings and parcel maps.
Analyze and resolve deed conflicts, geometric discrepancies, field issues, and data inconsistencies.
Coordinate fieldwork with crews, project teams, and stakeholders.
Travel to project sites and perform fieldwork as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
