Job summary

Join Farnsworth Group, Inc. as a Senior Surveying Project Manager in Colorado Springs. Lead multiple projects, guide staff in CAD/Trimble workflows, and shape project scope, schedule, and budgets.

You will also drive client engagement and business development while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role requires a licensed PLS/RLS/LS and a strong background in land surveying, plus proficiency with MS Office and surveying software.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS/RLS/LS) required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in land surveying or approved certificate.
• Ability to work in mentor/mentee team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on CAD platforms and production of plats, ALTA/Exhibits, and legal descriptions.
• Produce drawings using CAD and Trimble platforms daily.
• Develop contracts, scopes, fees, schedules, and marketing strategies.
• Manage and review work of team members against metrics.
• Supervise field and office technicians on projects.
• Represent the project in client meetings and engagements.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and monthly progress reports.
• Engage in business development and client management.
• Follow surveying policies and best practices.
