The position integrates work on CAD and Trimble platforms, attention to quality control, and adherence to industry best practices within a hybrid work program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree / Land Surveying approved classes certificate.
• Professional Land Surveyor's License required (PLS, RLS, LS).
• MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel).
• Experience with Trimble equipment, Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D/MicroStation ORD.
• Ability to mentor staff in a team setting.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff in CAD platforms to prepare plats, ALTAs, as-builts, exhibits and legal descriptions.
• Use CAD/Trimble platforms daily to produce drawings of varying complexity.
• Assist in developing contracts, scopes, fees, schedules and marketing strategies.
• Assign, review and supervise work to meet defined metrics.
• Represent the project in client meetings and engagements.
• Review invoices with accounting and bill clients monthly.
• Support business development and client management efforts.
• Follow company surveying policies and industry best practices.
