Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Senior Survey Technician to lead field survey operations supporting transportation, municipal, commercial, and land development projects. You will supervise survey crews, coordinate daily field activities, and ensure accurate collection, documentation, and processing of survey data in collaboration with Professional Surveyors and project teams.

You will apply your technical leadership, safety focus, and quality standards to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10 years of land surveying experience.
• Experience with surveying equipment and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and mentor survey crews; assign work and review calculations.
• Collaborate with Professional Surveyors to develop project plans and schedules.
• Communicate project requirements to crews and manage resources.
• Promote safety and ensure QA/QC standards on projects.
• Perform field surveys and document data in field and office settings.
• Provide field observations to project teams and leadership.
