Bowman Consulting in San Diego, CA invites a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead complex land surveying projects from planning to delivery. You will supervise project teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met while upholding the highest professional standards.

Candidates should hold a professional surveying license, a bachelor’s in land surveying or related field, 10+ years of experience (including 2+ years in PM), and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
Professional Land Surveying registration.
10+ years of land surveying experience including 2+ years in project management.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson.
Licensed surveyor in relevant state.
Experience managing a Survey Department.

Responsibilities

Oversee management of project teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
Oversee all surveying activities and review project changes and contract alterations.
Supervise survey personnel to meet professional standards.
Develop plans for multiple projects and monitor deliverable schedules.
