Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional survey license preferred but not required.
• Four-year degree preferred; 5+ years in a consulting business.
• Multi-discipline experience in land surveying.
• 5+ years’ experience in the land surveying industry.
• Strong background in project management.
• Effective verbal communication and independent judgment.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Handle multiple priorities and projects well.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks, schedule, and resources.
• Manage project budget and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
• Conduct team meetings to coordinate the project.
• Stay current on trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
• Lead by example and drive innovation.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for the survey group.
• Grow Westwood’s local and national land survey presence and pursue large projects.
• Support business development with technical expertise and revenue generation.
