Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Project Manager to guide the direction, coordination, execution, and quality control of professional survey projects in the Renewables and Power Division from Fort Worth, TX.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, support business development, and collaborate with the Survey Service Leader and Market Leaders to grow Westwood's presence locally and nationally while upholding the firm's values and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-discipline experience with strong understanding of all aspects of Land Surveying.
• 5+ years' experience in the land surveying industry.
• Must have a strong background in project management.
• Effective verbal communication is necessary and independent judgment is essential.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budget and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
• Conduct team meetings to evaluate and coordinate the project.
• Maintain procedures and quality standards for the survey group.
• Support staffing, utilization and workload planning with leaders.
• Grow Westwood's local and national land survey presence.
