Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC (Dynamic Survey division) seeks a Party Chief surveyor to lead land development projects. You will conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys and stakeout, and manage field crews on commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in land development surveying, 3+ years as Party Chief, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with CIVIL3D/Land Development Desktop; OSHA training a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land development surveying.
• 3+ years’ field experience as a Party Chief.
• Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Proficiency with CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop; knowledge of Leica systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze land, utility, boundary surveys, well location and construction stakeout
• Process construction stakeout field preparations
• Complete all field operations for surveying projects including topographic and boundary surveys
• Project datum conversion/transformation
• Maintains, cleans, and services survey equipment and vehicles
