Qualifications

• 5–10 years of managing/surveying infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Boundary and ALTA surveys.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and FDOT projects.
• Registered Professional Land Surveyor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for survey projects.
• Develop scope of work and coordinate with field teams and CAD staff.
• Ensure bids/estimates align with profitability and client objectives.
• Prepare schedules and cost estimates for proposals.
• Coordinate with clients and manage proposals and communications.
• Oversee QA/QC and final deliverables to clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Support business development and client marketing.
