Bowman is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our San Diego team. You will coordinate administrative and technical aspects of land surveying projects, lead field crews, and manage client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of land surveying experience including party chief level responsibilities.
• Degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred; commensurate experience also acceptable.
• Proven project management experience and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and technical coordination of surveying projects and field crews.
• Manage client communications, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee surveying and mapping activities, review changes, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams (engineering/planning) to meet project requirements.
• Provide field support to survey crews and CAD technicians as needed.
• Develop plans for multiple complex land survey projects and monitor progress toward milestones.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain essential records.
