Job summary

Ideal candidate has Colorado licensure or ability to obtain within one year, strong math skills, experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, and a proven track record in ALTA and subdivision surveying.

Qualifications

• Licensed Land Surveyor in Colorado optional within one year.
• Strong math and survey computations required.
• Knowledge of surveying principles, QA/QC processes.
• Experience with modern survey equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple surveys and deadlines.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the survey team to meet technical, budget, and schedule goals.
• Review work for regulatory and company compliance.
• Prepare estimates and project plans.
• Maintain communication with clients and collaborate with other disciplines.
