Job summary

Lamp Rynearson, a respected engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm, is seeking a Survey Department Manager or an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead our Fort Collins team. This role offers the chance to showcase your expertise while continuing to grow a strong, well-supported survey group.

You will lead the survey team to meet technical, budget, and schedule goals, review work for regulatory and company compliance, and prepare estimates and project plans while maintaining

Qualifications

• Licensed Land Surveyor in Colorado or able to obtain within one year.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and QA/QC processes.
• Experience with modern survey equipment and field operations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple surveys and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the survey team to meet technical, budget, and schedule goals.
• Review work for regulatory, company, and QA/QC compliance.
• Prepare estimates and project plans; maintain client communications.
