Lamp Rynearson in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Survey Department Manager or experienced Survey Project Manager to lead our established surveying team. You will oversee project delivery, mentor staff, ensure QA/QC, and collaborate with other disciplines while maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado Licensed Land Surveyor (or can obtain within a year), has strong math and surveying computations knowledge, proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D, modern survey tools, and a track

Competenze

Licensed Land Surveyor in Colorado or ability to obtain within one year.
Strong understanding of mathematics and survey computations.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices and QA/QC processes.
Experience with modern survey equipment.
Good understanding of engineering, design and construction practices.
Ability to efficiently perform, direct and/or manage multiple types of surveys.
Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
Ability to think independently.
Ability to work well with, coach and direct others.
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships; and
Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks while dealing with a variety of variables.
