Qualifications

• Licensed Colorado Land Surveyor or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong mathematics, survey computations, and QA/QC knowledge.
• Experience with modern survey equipment and understanding of construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the survey team to meet technical, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Review deliverables for regulatory and company compliance.
• Prepare estimates and project plans; manage multiple survey tasks.
• Maintain communication with internal and external clients; collaborate with other disciplines.
• Support marketing efforts and coordinate with survey teams in other offices.
