Qualifications

• 8+ years in land surveying with public works and private development in California.
• 4+ years in leadership or senior management overseeing teams.
• Strong knowledge of California surveying standards and municipal processes.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex survey projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying operations, project execution, staffing, and workflow management.
• Manage key client relationships and serve as primary contact for high-value projects.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to survey teams.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Review proposals, cost estimates, and project scopes; ensure deliverable quality.
• Coordinate with agencies, consultants, and contractors for compliance and success.
• Drive process improvements across survey operations; influence outcomes.
