Job summary

Duininck Texas seeks a seasoned Manager of Survey, Modeling & Machine Control Systems to lead surveying, modeling, and machine control across projects. You will oversee the Surveying Department, supervise field staff, and ensure accurate, safe project execution.

The role requires coordinating resources, developing project models, and optimizing machine control throughout the organization, including quantity reconciliation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in surveying, modeling, or related construction technology preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with machine control systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold all Duininck Texas surveyors accountable.
• Staff and coordinate surveying activities on all Duininck Texas projects.
• Perform various types of surveys, including topography and control surveys.
• Construct survey models for projects using industry survey software.
• Ensure survey equipment and machine control systems are properly identified, utilized, and maintained.
