Thomas & Hutton is seeking a seasoned Land Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys for diverse public and private-sector projects across the Southeast. You will mentor field crews, coordinate schedules and budgets, and advise engineering teams on surveying tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a PLS license (SC) with 5+ years in land surveying, strong proficiency in Carlson Survey, GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• South Carolina PLS registration required.
• 5+ years of land surveying experience including subdivision and topographic mapping.
• Proficiency with Carlson Survey, GPS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsabilités

• Manage boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys for public and private projects.
• Prepare Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey and Legal Descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and legal ownership requirements.
• Lead field crews and survey technicians to ensure quality project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
