Thomas & Hutton is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to lead complex boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys across the Southeast. You will mentor survey professionals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive high-quality project delivery in a private employee-owned firm recognized as a Top Workplace.

Formación

• SC PLS registration is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of land surveying experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys for public/private projects.
• Prepare and oversee Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, and Legal Descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, boundary calculations, and ownership requirements.
• Lead field survey crews and technicians to ensure quality project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
