FlatironDragados is seeking a Survey Manager to lead survey teams across multiple project sites. You will provide technical input on engineering standards, specifications, and land mapping, coordinating with engineers and superintendents to meet construction requirements.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate layout, maintaining equipment, and supervising department resources and budget. A PLs preferred with 5+ years in surveying and land mapping is ideal.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geometrics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in survey or land mapping.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides work control lines and elevations for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff.
• Ensures crews perform layout work competently and accurately.
• Checks as-built conditions using surveying techniques.
• Provides topographic and cross-section surveys for planning and payment quantities.
• Assists with conducting quantity calculations as required.
• Monitors and maintains the condition and calibration of surveying equipment.
• Coordinates survey activities with the assigned engineer and superintendents to meet construction requirements.
• Manages survey department resources and department assigned budget.
