Responsibilities

Manage, direct, and supervise assigned staff and coordinate direction on scope, schedule, quality and budget.
Prepare work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by Department Manager.
Monitor time schedules and budgets to satisfy client and control productivity and costs.
Oversee quality control/quality assurance on all projects.
Mentor junior staff and support business development and proposals.
