Pennoni is seeking a Survey Division Manager to lead the Raleigh, NC office in a full-time capacity. The role requires driving surveying projects, QA/QC, and client relations while overseeing field operations and multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates bring extensive field experience, a NC PLS credential, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and proposals. Travel to field sites will be occasional.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Field/Land Surveying experience.
• 2+ years of land surveying project management experience.
• Active NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) credential.

Responsabilités

• Provide management & administrative support for surveying projects (boundary, title, ALTA, topo, aerial, etc.).
• Review, approve, and seal technical documents and calculations.
• Perform QA/QC review of survey plans, record plots, legal descriptions, and layouts.
• Conduct site visits and field observations as needed.
• Guide internal departments on survey-related project issues.
• Track group financial performance and billing.
