Top Gun Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Survey Division Manager (PLS) for our Raleigh, NC office.

This full-time leadership role oversees surveying operations including boundary, ALTA, topographic, and related services, with responsibility for QA/QC, client communication, and project delivery. The ideal candidate has 8+ years field surveying experience, 2+ years in project management, and an NC PLS license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional field/land surveying experience.
• 2+ years in land surveying project management.
• Active NC PLS credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and administrative support for surveying projects (boundary, ALTA, topographic, etc.).
• Review, approve, and seal technical documents and drawings.
• Perform QA/QC review of survey plans, records, and layouts.
• Conduct project site visits and field observations as required.
• Guide internal departments on survey-related issues and project barriers.
• Track financial performance of the group and support billing & collections.
• Assist with marketing and development of proposals; contribute to strategies.
• Train team members and mentor staff across levels.
