Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, seeks a full-time Civil 3D Survey CAD Technician/Draftsman for its Loveland, CO office. You will draft monumented surveys, ALTA plats, and topographic surveys under the guidance of a professional land surveyor, and support data processing in a CADD environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in land surveying, expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a willingness to learn Trimble Business Center.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in the land surveying industry
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to interpret plats, deeds, and conveyance documents
• Draft 3D survey data into presentation-grade drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft monumented surveys, ALTA plats, legal descriptions/exhibits, and topographic surveys
• Perform Trimble Business Center project adjustments and analyses
• Finalize deliverables for land surveying and geospatial products
• Maintain data integrity and ethical standards in drawings
• Collaborate with surveying, engineering and construction teams
• Assist field crews with data collection as needed
