King Surveyors in Windsor, CO is seeking a Survey Technician/Draftsman with a strong Civil Surveying background. You will process field data, create topographic surfaces in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and prepare ALTA’s, LSP’s, and subdivision plats with Trimble Business Center.

The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Two years of survey tech/drafting experience is preferred; knowledge of legal descriptions and survey/title work is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of survey tech/drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with survey/title work
• Knowledge of legal/property descriptions

Responsabilités

• Process field data and create AutoCAD Civil 3D topographic surfaces
• Prepare drafting surveys (ALTA’s, LSP’s, Subdivision Plats, Construction Staking) using Trimble B.C. and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Calculate deed data with understanding of legal descriptions
• Prepare and maintain CAD drawings
• Communicate with engineers and survey field crew
