You will mentor Survey Technicians, oversee AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, and ensure delivery of accurate exhibits, legal descriptions, and calculations.

The role requires 8+ years in survey, leadership across multiple projects, strong communication with clients and teams, and a proactive approach to quality control and database management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in a survey technician or related role.
• Expert AutoCAD Civil 3D skills; MicroStation a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex survey tasks and guide technicians at all levels.
