LPL Financial seeks a Senior Data Analyst to build and enhance dashboards, reports, and metrics for risk and compliance. You will partner with the Surveillance Organization to enable data-driven decision making and strategic planning across the business.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data analytics, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. This on-site role in Fort Mill, SC offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of data analytics and reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and SQL basics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking Risk and Compliance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drivers of risk and oversight areas.
• Prepare reporting and insights for surveillance reviews and strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
