Job summary

SBA Network Services, LLC is seeking an onsite Senior Risk Data Analyst in Boca Raton, FL. You will design enterprise dashboards in Power BI, build semantic models, and work with IT to ensure reliable data governance and compliance.

The role focuses on risk metrics, control effectiveness, and audit outcomes for leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analytics within risk/audit contexts, strong communication skills, and experience with data pipelines, data lakes, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in risk, audit, or financial environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and audit risk frameworks, including SOX and COSO.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams to manage data pipelines and data lake architecture.
• Ability to craft compelling data stories and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-level dashboards in Power BI to visualize risk metrics, control effectiveness, and audit outcomes.
• Partner with IT teams to support data ingestion into the enterprise data lake and validate data pipelines.
• Build and maintain semantic models and self-service analytics layers for audit and risk teams.
• Develop predictive and descriptive models to support risk profiling and process design.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
