Position Overview

As a Senior Surrogacy Recruiter, you will identify, screen, and guide qualified surrogate candidates. You will build and maintain our surrogate pipeline using your network, communication skills, and industry knowledge. This role is commission-based with high earning potential, flexible hours, and autonomy. You will receive agency support, tools, and case manager coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen prospective gestational carriers nationwide.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate eligibility, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and applications.
• Guide surrogates through early stages with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with legal, medical, and intake teams.
• Optional: build your own referral or sub-agent network.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years in surrogacy recruitment (agency, independent, or clinic).
• Strong understanding of surrogacy eligibility and ethics.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple leads.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin) a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, medical intake, or CRM systems is a plus.
