Responsibilities

• Set up operating rooms and ensure required supplies, instruments, and equipment are ready.
• Sterilize, assemble, and organize instruments; maintain aseptic technique.
• Assist during surgical procedures and operate specialized surgical equipment.
• Manage and verify instrument, sponge, and sharps counts.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support smooth, safe case flow.
• Senior Tech: Lead complex cases and mentor/coach fellow surgical technicians.
