• Experience with Windows and Linux environments, log analysis, and issue reproduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior software sustaining and escalation resolution for Surfscan product lines.
• Drive improvements to reliability, uptime, release quality, and serviceability.
• Coordinate root‑cause analysis and corrective actions across multi‑site teams (US/India).
• Define validation strategies and release evidence with development and test teams.
