Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering or related field.
• Candidate should have strong understanding of semiconductor wafer inspection technologies and related physics.

Responsibilities

• Characterize next-generation wafer inspection products and develop feature requirements.
• Review design test plans, collect data, analyze results and publish best-practice methods.
• Demonstrate tool capabilities to enable sales and customer adoption during ramp and beta testing.
• Investigate yield issues and develop inspection solutions to monitor fabs.
• Create product value statements and collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales.
