Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering and design.
• Proficient in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong desire to engage with clients and solve project problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and manage key client relationships.
• Oversee project tasks while mentoring younger staff members.
• Utilize AutoCAD and GIS while leading stormwater and infrastructure projects.
